Mamben is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across Namibia. Our platform enables:

• Vendors to create online stores and list products for sale
• Customers to browse, search, and purchase products from multiple vendors
• Secure payment processing and order management
• Communication between buyers and sellers
• Review and rating systems for products and vendors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Listing or selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

Vendors using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Set fair and competitive pricing
• Maintain adequate inventory levels
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Process orders within stated timeframes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

Payment processing is handled securely through our approved payment partners. Key terms include:

• Prices are in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit cards, EFT, and mobile payment methods
• Transaction fees may apply based on payment method
• Vendors receive payment after successful order completion
• Commission fees are deducted from vendor payments

Shipping and delivery terms vary by vendor and location:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight
• Free shipping may be available for orders above certain amounts
• Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping products
• Customers will receive tracking information when available
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery

Our return and refund policy provides protection for customers:

• 30-day return window for most products
• Items must be in original condition for return
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Certain items may be non-returnable (perishables, personalized items)
• Damaged or defective items eligible for full refund

Intellectual property rights are protected on our platform:

• Mamben owns all rights to the platform and its technology
• Vendors retain rights to their product content and listings

• Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated

• First contact the vendor directly to resolve issues
• Use our dispute resolution system for unresolved matters
• Mediation is available for complex disputes
• Namibian law governs these terms and any disputes
• Local courts have jurisdiction for legal proceedings

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Users may close their accounts at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Immediate termination for serious violations
• Notice period for non-serious violations
• Data retention policies apply after termination
• Outstanding obligations survive termination

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Previous versions are archived for reference
